A Hot Stone massage has an oxidising and relaxing effect by means of a combination of beneficial ethereal oils, warmth and pressure of stones and manual massage. Literally the name says: massage with hot stones. The Hot Stones are black basalt stones which are shaped by hot lava. As they have been in the riverbed for many years they have a smooth shape and contain a lot of iron and magnesium because of which they can give warmth for a long time and work oxidising. Also the massage is relaxing because of which the body will get new energy.
